Please Include your name, address, phone number, description of the appliance issue and landlord or property management company name. I will not come out if I can’t find them in my system. The office will contact the company and double check they will cover the repair and are aware of the your situation. Any new clients need to call the office at (224)656-1019 to get into the billing system. You can also call the office if you’d like to set up an appointment by phone.
